Racers

Hans Anton Nygaard is 34 years old. When he is not on his bike, he works as a budget manager at Gentofte Hospital. He has been cycling for about 10 years with an increasing seriousness and an upward form curve: In 2007 he drove his first ultra cycle race. He has participated two times in Furnace Creek 508 - an 830 km race through the Californian desert, together with Boris Søgaard Hansen. In 2008 they came in second.
Hans: "As for now I am preparing for the RAAM 2010. From March 1^st 2010, I have a 4 months leave from work - to prepare full time for the RAAM 2010 starting June 12^th 2010 in Oceanside, California.”

Frederik Lassen is 35 years old and bitten with endurance challenges. Works as a work environment consultant and physiotherapist, is married - with two children at 5 and 10. Did his first marathon when 16 years old and has carried out 10 ironman, among them the legendary Ironman Hawaii 2007. Has achieved 2 top 5 results on the Ironman distance. Cycling has always been his favorite event and he has raced even with the best Danish triathletes.
Frederik: “It will be an enormous challenge to participate in the RAAM in 2010 - a fantastic preparation for 2011 where I plan to go through with one of the toughest ultra runs: The Spartathlon - a 246 km’s run between Athens and Sparta."
